How To Get Started

Initial Consultation WITH JOANN: $125

 All new clients begin with an initial behavior consultation. This includes:

  • 90-120 minute behavior evaluation
  • Assessment of your training goals and expectations
  • Identify why behavior problems are happening
  • Identify your dog’s motivations and set up training protocols
  • Take action for short-term and long-term training success  

Private Training Lessons: $60/Hour

After the Initial Consultation, we travel to your home and customize a training plan to help resolve your dog’s behavior and training issues.

  • 60 minutes of personalized coaching
  • Training of good dog manners and obedience
  • Practicing around distractions and different environments

How We Train

 

Joann is a Fear Free™ Certified Trainer  and received her education in dog training from the renowned Turid Rugaas International Dog Training Program. The training methods used are science based, positive and strive for the dog and guardian to learn in a fear free manner.  Watch the video to learn more about Turid Rugaas’ and how dogs communicate through “calming signals.”
